1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bookora (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Accounts are created through PersonID authentication — you are responsible for maintaining the security of your PersonID account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Free tier: limited features with applicable usage caps
  • Paid plans: billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
  • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Exceed rate limits or API usage quotas
  • Use AI agents for deceptive or fraudulent purposes

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Bookora
  • You retain ownership of your business data and customer information
  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
  • AI agent outputs are owned by you, subject to the AI model providers' terms
  • Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the Platform

6. AI Services

  • AI agents may occasionally produce incorrect or unexpected outputs
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use
  • AI outputs should not be used for critical decisions without human review
  • We continuously improve our AI models but do not guarantee perfection
  • Voice AI and autonomous features are provided as beta services

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
  • AI agents are tools — you are responsible for their use

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and data survive termination

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
