The Knowledge Base is where you train your AI Receptionist. The more information you provide, the more accurate and helpful your AI will be.
Upload Business Information
Start by uploading your core business information. This gives the AI a foundation for understanding your business.
- 1. Go to AI Receptionist > Knowledge Base.
- 2. Click Add Document to upload files (PDF, DOCX, TXT).
- 3. You can also paste text directly into the knowledge base editor.
- 4. Organize information by category for better AI retrieval.
- 5. Save changes. The AI will automatically use this information.
FAQs
Add frequently asked questions and answers. The AI uses these to provide accurate responses to common customer inquiries.
Example FAQs:
- Q: What are your hours of operation?
- A: We are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Q: Do you accept insurance?
- A: Yes, we accept most major insurance plans.
- Q: How long is a typical session?
- A: Sessions are typically 60 minutes long.
Services
Provide detailed information about each service you offer. Include pricing, duration, description, and what customers can expect.
Example service entry:
Business Strategy Consultation
A 60-minute session to discuss your business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Includes a strategic action plan.

Pricing
Add your pricing information so the AI can answer cost-related questions accurately. Include:
- Individual service prices
- Package deals and discounts
- Payment options and accepted methods
- Cancellation and refund policies
- Insurance or financing information (if applicable)
