Notifications keep you and your customers informed. Bookora supports both internal notifications for your team and external notifications for customers.
Internal Notifications
Internal notifications alert your team about important events:
New Lead Alert
Notify your team when a new lead is captured, especially high-scoring leads.
New Booking
Alert when a new appointment is booked, with full details.
Cancellation
Notify when an appointment is cancelled so you can fill the slot.
Churn Alert
Alert when a high-value customer is flagged as at-risk.

Customer notifications keep your customers informed and engaged:

Configuring Notifications
Configure notifications in Settings:
- Choose which events trigger notifications
- Select notification channels (email, SMS, in-app)
- Customize notification content and timing
- Set quiet hours to avoid sending notifications at night
- Manage notification templates
