Appointment Types
Appointment types define the services you offer. Each type includes duration, pricing, and description. Customers select from your appointment types when booking.
Creating an Appointment Type
- 1. Go to Booking System > Appointment Types.
- 2. Click Create Appointment Type.
- 3. Enter a name (e.g., "Consultation Call", "Coaching Session").
- 4. Set the duration in minutes (e.g., 30, 60, 90).
- 5. Add a description explaining what the customer can expect.
- 6. Set the price (or leave as free).
- 7. Click Save to activate.
Appointment Type Fields

| Name | The display name customers see when booking |
| Duration | Length of the appointment in minutes |
| Description | Detailed explanation of what the service includes |
| Price | Cost to the customer (can be set to $0 for free) |
| Category | Group similar services together |
| Color | Calendar color for visual identification |

Managing Appointment Types
- Edit — Update name, duration, description, or pricing at any time
- Duplicate — Create a new type based on an existing one
- Archive — Hide a type without deleting it
- Reorder — Drag and drop to rearrange display order
- Delete — Permanently remove an appointment type
