Appointment Types

Appointment types define the services you offer. Each type includes duration, pricing, and description. Customers select from your appointment types when booking.

Creating an Appointment Type

  1. 1. Go to Booking System > Appointment Types.
  2. 2. Click Create Appointment Type.
  3. 3. Enter a name (e.g., "Consultation Call", "Coaching Session").
  4. 4. Set the duration in minutes (e.g., 30, 60, 90).
  5. 5. Add a description explaining what the customer can expect.
  6. 6. Set the price (or leave as free).
  7. 7. Click Save to activate.

Appointment Type Fields

Managing Appointment Types

  • Edit — Update name, duration, description, or pricing at any time
  • Duplicate — Create a new type based on an existing one
  • Archive — Hide a type without deleting it
  • Reorder — Drag and drop to rearrange display order
  • Delete — Permanently remove an appointment type
