Customer Reschedule
Customers can reschedule their appointments easily through multiple channels:
- Booking page — Customers can reschedule using their confirmation link

- SMS — Text message reminders include reschedule options
Reschedule Flow
- 1. Customer requests to reschedule via any channel.
- 2. System checks your availability for new time slots.
- 3. Customer selects a new date and time from available options.
- 4. System updates the appointment and sends confirmation.
- 5. Original slot is freed and new slot is confirmed.
Cancellation Policies
Configure cancellation policies to protect your business:

Automated Notifications
