70-100Hot Lead
High intent, ready to book. Prioritize these leads for immediate follow-up and confirmation. These leads have expressed clear interest and are likely to convert.
40-69Warm Lead
Moderate intent, needs nurturing. These leads have shown interest but may need additional information or follow-up before booking.
0-39Cold Lead
Low intent, early stage. These leads are still exploring options. Add them to nurture campaigns to warm them up over time.
Qualification Factors

Budget
Leads who discuss or inquire about pricing are scored higher. Budget-aware leads are closer to making a purchasing decision.
Intent
Intent is measured by the lead's actions. Leads who browse services, check availability, or start the booking process have higher intent.
Service Fit
How well does the lead's needs match your services? Leads looking for services you offer are scored higher than those with mismatched needs.
How Qualification Works
