Your booking page is the public face of your scheduling system. Customers use it to see your availability, select services, and book appointments.
Booking URL
Every business gets a unique booking URL that you can share with customers, add to your website, or include in email signatures.

You can customize your booking URL to match your brand. Choose a clean, memorable URL that is easy for customers to type.
Branding
Customize the appearance of your booking page to match your brand identity:
- Logo — Upload your business logo (recommended size: 200x200px)
- Brand Colors — Set primary and accent colors to match your brand
- Cover Image — Add a background image or photo
- Custom Domain — Use your own domain for the booking page (e.g., book.yourbusiness.com)
Service Selection
Choose which services to display on your booking page. You can show all services or select specific ones:

Confirmation Flow
When a customer books an appointment, they go through a confirmation process:
- 1. Select Service
Customer chooses from available services.
- 2. Pick Date & Time
Customer sees real-time availability and selects a slot.
- 3. Enter Contact Info
Customer provides name, email, and phone number.
- 4. Confirm
Customer reviews and confirms the booking.
- 5. Receipt
Customer receives a confirmation email with calendar invite.
Publishing
Once your booking page is configured, you can publish it and share the link with your audience:
- Add to Website — Embed the booking page or add a "Book Now" button to your existing website
- Share Link — Share your booking URL via email, social media, or SMS
- Email Signature — Include the link in your email signature for easy access
- QR Code — Generate a QR code for in-person promotion
- Widget — Use the Bookora widget to enable booking directly on your website

Test your booking page by making a test booking before sharing it publicly. This ensures the entire flow works as expected.
